I am 65 and recently I have to get up 2 or 3 times a night to pee - generally my toilet habits are not what they used to be. Have I got prostate cancer?

You are probably suffering from what is called prostatic hyperplasia. This is a benign (not cancererous) prostate enlargement that occurs in about half of the men your age, but it creates frequency problems in only 30% of men. The urologist will examine you and check your PSA.
